Dave: Well constructed. Does exactly what its supposed to do. Seems like it will hold up well. Inflated easily. It actually came several days early.

Stefan: Inflated easily enough as the pump is a higher quality one than others but still ended up with a sore arm. The ball itself does what it's supposed to do, helps you tone your core muscles. Just make sure you have enough space and you're committed to it otherwise it might end up either deflated (the plastic fork-like tool they provide to help with letting air out is not very efficient) or placed in a corner and forgotten.

So, I don't know about the "pain relief" question other than I am hoping they do less head butting now.
Unless you have a small, hand-held air compressor, be prepared to work those forarms. 😫

Angie: This is a nice quality exercise ball made of a thick rubber. The size is great and it was easy to inflate. The pump included was easy to use. There is a spare pin in case you lose or break one. I haven't used it long enough to determine if it's going to be a durable ball yet but so far, so good. The ball is ribbed on the outside for added stability when being used.

Adam: The setup for this was fairly straightforward as all you need is the hand pump and the stopper to put into the air stem after it is blown up. Does take awhile to blow up using the hand pump. If you need to put more air in after you have put the plug in it does take some work to get it out even with the little splicer tool they provide.

The ball itself does provided great support as well as works very well for exercising. I personally got the most use out of it for my back and stretching it out by rolling over the top of it. Over time the ball does seem to lose air. I have my for a year and it does seem like it may becoming a bit lopsided.

ALAIN PATRICK MEDENOU: Le ballon est solide et le demeure à l'usage après gonflage. Le gonflage est certes laborieux et sollicite les muscles, mais comme c'est une fois qu'il faut le faire, on n'a pas trop à s'en faire.
Le service à la clientèle est d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait sur un aspect, dites-le leur et ils agissent. Raison pour laquelle je donne 5/5 malgré l'effort de gonflage ;-)
