carlcarl: easy to install on the house or door. screws (long) not included but it has a set and some plastic anchors that come with it. I choose to use outdoor deck screws to attach it to the house. Change the default code from 0000 when you install it and let the Police know you have one now. they usually put it into the system for the fire/police to get in faster instead of waiting for a key holder. Lots of room inside. Seems very well made -

Long time CustomerLong time Customer: The is a great lock box to have, the description does not tell you how to put the door handle on it; there is a small latch inside the box in the upper left corner, push that latch once you place it on the door knob, the bannister, the gate or wherever you need to place it. It’s very well made, larger than I expected and unbreakable. I purchased my door keys and placed it on my outside storage room door, because I locked myself out once; this is also good if your children need access , so you just give them the code- which by the way is easy to set- you must read it and pay attention to setting the code. I will purchase more of these in the near future- for bikes and just about anything that requires outside secure-securing, I highly recommend. I did not rate the waterproofing yet, because I haven’t checked it since it rained.
