UPANBIKE MTB Mountain Bike with Extended Handlebars for Comfort and Control

Trash_Panda27: Same weight as my original bars. They are well built. The cut off measurements and writing on the bars were askew. Unfortunately they were not tall enough for my application.

I am giving it two stars because they charged me almost $8 for shipping to return them.

IMO 1995: It's what you expect. A bit surprised to see they have a nominal 5 cm rise, as it seems a bit less than that. Probably not heat treated aluminum (can't do it at this cost) so probably thicker than other less-rise bars, so quite heavy.

Scott Sewell: I install this on my Varla eagle one scooter, and it made a huge difference. With the addition of the stem riser this movedthe handlebars away from me and riding feels much more stable and comfortable.

Jonathan elorde: I was previously using kore mega 35mm bars with 20mm rise and I got these bars to test and see if i like 50mm riser bars and if compliance is better on 31.8mm diameter bars. These bars are good bang for the buck. They aren't butted bars and they do weigh a bit more compared to the bars they are replaced (my old bars weigh at 270 grams), but for the cost, they are hard to beat.

I paired this with the UPAN Stem (31.8mm Diameter) in the picture and the colour combination looks nice.

The finish is nice and the higher rise makes this comfortable on longer rides. Performs as well and looks just as good as my old "name brand" handlebar and stem. With a mortage, kids and everything else that comes with a family, UPAN brand bike parts are a cost effective alternative.

Momma Chung: Good handlebars, solid for the price with a rise not seen at this price point. It made my mountain bike more capable at descending and more comfortable on the flats. I may have lost a little traction on the front wheel vs my completely flat bar on the ascents. However, that's a trade of I expected and was willing to make. One star was deducted because there was a small little imperfection on the bar: a small dimple on the bar that didn't affect its performance but speaks more to quality control issues.. At this price point you have to sometimes expect those little things but it's not worth the trip to return the product.
All in all a solid product that offers strong value for buck.

JBenoist: These bars are great! They fit perfect, look great, and are solid but light. I purchased them to help me sit up straighter and get some of the weight off of my wrists. These raised my handles a couple of inches, and added a couple of inches in width to give me greater control (which reduced my upright position, but it's still a net gain and I like the feel better). For the price, I highly recommend these bars!
