This book teaches you not only how to have a team but also how to run it like a business. For anyone who has ever run a business, they can verify that they know exactly what I mean. There's too much to reference in a small comment section but understand, as someone who has read dozens upon dozens of books about business and the different fields in Real Estate that this is a must have for the shelf.
