Hollie: We are shorter people this was great but little big for us when we used it. My husband is 5'4 so if you are shorter go with smaller size, but worked good just little big for us to use.

triode fan: I bought this wheel to do some back stretching and found the wheel is well built and fairly sturdy for its purpose. If you are in fairly good shape, it is worth giving this a try but I found it to put quite a bit of pressure to your neck if you are not careful with the movement. I did not find this very helpful if you are just looking to stretch your back.

Tabitha D Lopez: I suffer from chronic back pain and this thing is a life saver!!! I use it daily for maybe 5 minutes and it stretches and pulls me just enough that it relieves the stiffness and keeps the pain away. Does a great job of popping my back as well which brings great relief. I definitely recommend this for anyone with back pain (you do have to be careful not to fall off of it though)

Kelsey: I ordered the wheel, block, strap set & only received the wheel. After ordering a replacement to get the whole set, i only received the wheel again. Decided to just return it and get a refund. I did try the wheel out and it was very sturdy and well built. Just wish i had the whole set so i could’ve used it more.
