AnnaEmmet: I love these types of books that allow me to pick them up at random points in my day and learn something. It doesn’t matter if it’s been minutes or months and I still learn something useful.
What I particularly liked about this book was how it managed to be so general and yet so specific in its advice and suggestions and examples. I work in a very specific industry where I’m not truly selling but all of the points were completely relevant to me and my business.
This is going to be one of those books that I go to frequently as a reminder and a guide.

J Zhao: I first came across Phil in a session where he was invited to present these ideas as part of a Mastermind program. That session was incredibly powerful with just a few simple concept that I bought the book immedately. I am extremely busy and have a very ADHD mind, and it took me 2 sitdown sessions to go through the book. The reason is because the sections are short and clear, the concepts make sense and are easy to put into practice, and every set of "magic words" makes you think, "okay, tell me more!" and you actually want to keep flipping the page. I'm not reading this book for sales, really...but to learn how to get my message across better and more effectively, and absorbed by people in a more impactful way. And that's something that's applicable across all conversations.
