mom of boys: I really like this log!! It has been the most efficient one I have bought so far. The things it logs are legitimately the things I want to Long to have a healthy lifestyle.

Ms Payne: I like this journal. It keeps track of weight, date, foods, exercise, water, mood, and goals. My only qualm is that I don't have tiny writing and I'd like more room on each line to write.

Grace: It is very easy to use. I have read comments that there is little room to write but I am fine including everything on each line. It helps me make a conscious effort to write things down after every meal or ahead of time knowing what I will eat. There is a page to reflect on your week. Thank you!!!

Lisa L: Love it!! I have had 3 other friends buy it after I told them about this journal. I find many food and fitness journals overwhelming and because of that rarely use them longer than a few days. This journal is short and sweet. Few daily trackers or notes and thats it. Writing daily goals has helped me focus on one day at a time and I love that its not an endless journal. Its 13 weeks. So you can set a small goal and focus on that and then see your "end" results. For me its more effective than any other journal I have tried so far. I highly recommend!! And good luck on your journey to a healthier, stronger, happier you!!!

Manchali: Nice journal to track your daily food intake.
It also captures daily weight, water, sleep, mood etc.
Wish it covered the whole year instead of 13 weeks. Essentially you will need 4 books to write for one year.
