PlotnikovaPlotnikova: I was a bit skeptical when I started reading this book. Even though I am spiritual and believe in the woo woo, I didn't think this would add much value. But I was wrong - there are actually a lot of helpful tips in here, and it helped me connect with some of my spirit guides (like I said, it's a bit woo woo, but if that's what you want, then this book is perfect!). I also just think it has a great message overall, which is too appreciate life and try to see the beautiful things in it instead of always focusing on the negative. A really beautiful reminder <3
