I always read this type of book with a healthy dose of salt. While I am not jumping in with both feet, I cannot deny the many truths in this book. I am, however, up to my neck in those truths. I’ve studied much on these and related topics, and have experienced many personal changes. I know I will be soon ready to take the plunge, but still have work to do before that can happen. Read this with an open mind and a salt shaker in one hand for the information you are not ready to process.
