Pilar Vigneaux: If you want to dream more, there’s nothing better than to start dreaming with the Dreamer in Chief, Dolly Parton.
This is a beautiful, honest and powerful book that everybody should read. Dolly shares her inner strength and her bigger than life philosophy with tenderness and humor. I love you, Dolly!

Blue Moon: I purchased this book at Dollywood and somehow lost it. I had to get it again. Second time reading it and loving every page. Mrs. Parton is a real inspiration and the book is written in a way that we all can understand it. Without a doubt it's written from the heart and full of hope. Highly recommended to anyone looking to see live, love and career from a different perspective!

Max: Can't give a full review here as this book was bought as a present (although I intend to borrow it to read at a later date!). I did, however, read a short sample before I purchased it and was well impressed with it. It was Dolly at her best - down-to-earth and telling it as it is. It promises to be a good read when I can get my hands on it!!

Elizabeth: Anything she writes is something I want to read, and this book contains inspiration and valuable advice. But she has said that there was some pressure applied to her by others at her foundation. In an interview, she is quoted as saying that she was put on the spot by some members and was upset about that kind of tactic, but later convinced herself that she should go ahead anyway. If she had been allowed to decide for herself when, how and if she wanted write this book, it certainly would have been more fair to her and might have resulted in something even better.

Amazon Customer: I have seen Dolly live and she is a very humble person. The book explores her life, her beliefs and the many accomplishments through her life. She is truly an inspiration and this book is great at bringing that across, great read if you a fan of Dolly.

katy b: This is a book for everybody and anybody in whatever walk of life they are in, whatever their age and whatever they do or don't believe in. If you haven't got either the book Dream More, or the audio Book Dream More, then you should get them. I say that in total honesty. If you can't get both, and you have to choose, I would say get the Audio Book first. The content is drawn from an acclaimed commencment speech Dolly Parton gave at the University of Tennessee. She elaborates on that here and on the themes 'Dream more, Learn more, Care more, and Be more. But it is much more than that. It is not an autobiography, it is really her philosophy of life told and explained in a very clear, simple and inspiring way. Dolly Parton has a knack of saying something that is very deep in a way that is accessible to all. This is because it comes from her real, hard earned experience and it is very honest. The message is worth thousands of philosophy and psychology books combined. She brings it together in a way that seems so easy, but makes you think deeply and it stays with you. The added value here is that she is a gifted reader and story teller and her voice is perfect to take one through the...

Steve M: After watching Dolly's speech at the UoT, I felt I needed to own this book, however, the book is only 120 pages, so managed to read it in an evening, and she does quote A LOT Of lyrics! I'm a die-hard fan of Dolly, and the book was a good read, but I dont think the cost of the book was justified. By all means get it cheaper, but get it second hand, its not worth more than £6!
