Anne L. Ireland: I feel deceived by this product. It is not a proper book. It is just a money making exercise and Amazon should withdraw it immediately and refund any customers who bought it. It has nothing to do with Barack Obama; it is just trading on his name.

John G. Bergeron: This biography offers a nice view into the USA's last two term Democratic President and offers tremendous speculative insights into the current Administration's shortcomings. It's increasingly difficult to understand a divided Nation with this Leader's views for its future.
Don't miss this book or Barack's A PROMISED LAND. The "Promised Land" only seems long to a page-counter, Once you're into it, one regrets turning the pages knowing there's an end to the book. Enjoy BOTH.

Francesca R: Possibly the worst item I've ever bought on Amazon. It's printed in huge font, so that the 30 pages don't really say much. Quite unbelievably bad quality. Would NOT reccommend! I would really like my money back.

Amazon Customer: I intended to order The Promised Land, but got this instead. I decided not to bother to return it to my regret. The University Press describes it as a captivating biography. It is neither. Think a long Wikipedia account. Might be worthwhile to a young person new to the US who can find it at a used book sale for $.50.

Ed Frawley: I thought this was a book, it is not it is a pamphlet. I would tell you how many mages but they do not put pages numbers on each page. I was blown away when it came. My mistake thinking it was something Barack put together - my bad - WRONG !! Not only that the copy I received was used - it had the corners of a bunch page pages bent over because someone else had read it and then sent it back,. That probably only took them about 15 minutes to read.
Dont waste your money on this.
