My daughter has this book and my husband enjoyed reading it during our visit. For Christmas, I gave him his own copy. It’s very detailed on so many topics. It is a hard cover book, well made and an interesting read.

Now, let me start by saying, if you ever want your sleepovers to take a hilarious turn from "pillow fights and giggles" to "paranormal-palooza," this book is your lifeline.
First of all, the title says it all. Who needs a sleep tracker when you've got a creepy encyclopedia full of all the things that go bump in the night? Forget counting sheep, folks; you can count demons, ghosts, and even some mischievous fairies. But let me tell you something, this book is like having an invisible book buddy, constantly whispering, "You're being watched, even when you're asleep!" Thanks, I hate it.
Turns out, it's an excellent conversation starter! Picture this: you invite your friends over, and you casually place this big, ol' freak-fest right on the coffee table. Next thing you know, you've got a full-on séance happening in your living room. Oh, the memories you'll make! Just make sure you have some extra bedding, 'cause nobody's sleeping tonight!
