Justin: Loaded with WTAF moments. Not the easiest book to read on account of the cognitive effort required. For the uninitiated on the subject, it’s pretty full on. Will have to read again. Loved it. Wow.

Lavinia: Very interesting to read about serious scientific experiments, which prove that we are interconnected, that we are more that what the naked eye sees, that the intentions and remote viewing really work, and much more.

Flyaway: in a way a „normal“ person - a non physics expert - can try to follow and get the ideas.
Still a way to go to complete it but looking fwd to it since the topic is fascinating. Looking fwd to continue with „the power of eight“ by L.M. after this one.

Kindle Customer: My review is twofold; first a few comments on the author and then a few more on the negative ratings some readers have posted.
First; Bravo to Lynne McTaggart! In a world that is overwhelmed with opposing views, black vs. white, conservative vs. progressive, science vs. religion, we have a reporter who not only realized that there is a middle ground that lies unfurrowed between science and religion but a person who took years from her life doing the necessary research and self-education in order to help define what this area is. Her book is well foot-noted and while her scientific language usage has developed past that of common understanding, she defines this middle ground with well thought out examples and the concise language that it deserves. I, likewise, have spent the past thirty years of my life attempting to comingle science and spirituality and this book has served as an excellent summary for the travails I have undergone.
Secondly; The only people who do not make mistakes in this lifetime are the ones who willing to do nothing more than repeat their past victories over and over again. Those who dare to probe into unknown territories, peek into ‘truisms’...

Suvit Singhsachakul: This book can be deemed as the intellectual "Rosetta Stone" to unlock the powers of the human consciousness for the everyday skeptic. "The Field" is one of those intelligently crafted books where the author has meticulously and discriminantly presented only those paranormal events that she can comfortably support with scientific research available today. McTaggart avoids the pitfalls of asking readers to take huge "leaps of faith" by addressing only those inexplicable issues that we simply cannot ignore due to the wealth of empirical data that exists.
The Author starts off her book with the staple description of and the tantalizing possibilities offered by Quantum Physics. It is here that she establishes (with valid scientific research) the existence of a Zero-Point Field, whereby enormous energy fluctuations are incessantly occurring on sub-planck scales even in a "vacuum" where no energy can be thought to exist. It is this energy field that modern scientists have acknowledged as a mere afterthought and discounted in their mathematical models due to its perceived nonexistent impact on everyday macroscopic reality. However, McTaggart exposes such detrimental hubris of the...

Joseph: If you are interested in studying an unlimited energy source that NASA has been perfecting for decades, as well as wondering what all of those ufo’s may be powered by, and including unlimited energy for what many call perpetual energy machines (open systems powered by cosmic energy, and machines require maintenance) then this book is a good beginning. theres a saying “well begun is halfway done” or a good beginning makes a big difference. this book introduces in a highly and thoroughly researched manner, the field, which can also be called dark energy, dark matter, tachyon waves, gravity waves, dirac sea, virtual particle flux fields, (oliver) heaviside component, limitless energy from the vacuum, tapping into the infinite zero point fields. the research is thorough and it may not be long until you are calling up NASA and voting for john searls seg, electrogravitic tech to replace the 19th century propulsion systems.
john searl, ralph ring, ottis t car, thomas townsend brown, all powered their work with energy from the field. theorized to be a limitless source of energy, and proven worthy of further research. the tech is ready for prime time.
