thomas: works as it should, realitivly easy to install sound good screen works well bluetooth is easy. remote works, pretty cheap remoth though be weary of the weather for sure. but for the price its a steal. recommend. i may have hooked it up wrong but one thing thats annoying is it doesnt turn on without hitting the power button on it and doesnt go to what you previously had it set to, the setting reset after you turn the car off and goes to default radio.

Worked great until the mapping quit and the display button stopped functioning.. still a good stereo but for how long...? Seller offered parcel refund but support site is down...
Refund doesn't help the hole in my dash...

Tina: Very disappointed! Junk. Got this for a Christmas 2022 present and I was unable to open until Feb2023 because I got ill and was in hospital for quite some time. When I opemed the box it was missing the camera pieces. I thought no big deal. I had it installed and it would not turn on or play. My installer tried everything to make it work. When I decided to send it back it was past the return date. Lesson learned...don't buy junk.

The seller contacted me and offered to replace the stereo even after the return date. When I told the seller that we threw the stereo in the trash because we did not know they would replace it. The seller was nice and agreed to give us a full refund. If I had not already replaced the stereo I would have taken a replacement stereo. It was a beautiful-looking stereo. It looked good in my car. I am updating it to 5 Stars because of the excellent customer service with resolving this.

Kyle: Day 1. Haven’t spent any time with it really yet, but I’ll update after some time using it.

I bought this as a replacement for the factory radio in my ‘05 Civic VP. It fits, but... the radio didn’t come with any mounting screws so I had to rig it in place to get it to stay. It’s not flush, doesn’t matter too much to me but it sticks out about an inch from the dash. I cannot get the GPS to work at all, like it won’t even pull up any map. Also for some reason the time keeps jumping forward 3 hours, and setting it back to the correct time doesn’t fix that. So I guess buyer beware? It’s not great and I get why many people have left negative reviews but for just a bit over $100 it gets the job done so I also get why it’s got a lot of positive reviews too, basically if you are expecting a $100 “cheap” radio then this is the one for you. Radio works great, bluetooth works great, calling is good, wiring is easy and straightforward, screen is big enough although the touchscreen isn’t the most responsive, you really need to press the screen for it to register, and the backup cam connection is good, usb works to charge my phone. Can’t vouch for the backup...

Kelly Field: Terrible. I opened the box and it looked like it had been already installed in someone’s car and taken out, reboxed, and sent to me. Nothing was there to actually install anything.
Total waste of money. Had to buy a whole new one.
What sucks most is, this was for my daughters birthday and we didn’t open it until after the return window closed, so I’m stuck with this piece of garbage AND out the $185 for one that actually works.
