Greg: I was looking to replace my old white no-show socks and wanted to get something a bit higher on the foot.
First, they are very soft. Second, they are a bit thicker than my old socks. Last, I absolutely love the height of them. They come above the ankle, but they're not too high either.

Torrance310: UA has more cotton and much softer. I bought the Nike dri-fit and feels like it's a gimmick because it's so thin. Obviously it'll dry quicker bc less material and that's how they market it. These UA socks are nice and thick. They're def not dri-fit and glad it's not bc it's just feels really good. Wearing these socks with a similar pair of nice sweats is perfect for any winter night to stay home and watch a movie! I feel like I paid for a really good product!

Lumberjacked: Love these socks a lot that I bought 12 pairs as a back-up in case UA stops making them or Amazon stops selling them. I'm currently using a dozen pairs over a year now and they're lasting pretty well. Very comfortable. Although it's a bit thicker than I'd prefer athletic socks to be - makes my sneakers slightly tighter.
PROS:
- Retains its shape and doesn't get stretched-out like my cotton Nike socks after wearing. I can re-wear them if needed and it feels like a fresh pair.
- They're super soft on the feet.
- It may have some form of odour control like other UA gear. Feet/shoes don't smell (that I've noticed).
CONS:
- Lint that comes off your feet after is really bad. Especially on very light carpet. Black lint everywhere! Washing them inside-out doesn't make a difference.
