Oliver: The spikes are actually pretty sharp, BE CAREFUL hugging someone! Mine started breaking after 8 months of using it, it is good for awhile though!

Joshua whitelaw: Of there was a way to make me an extension strap with a buckle on one end and the belt style holes on the other and the extender was like 2 to 4 inches in total length it would fit me great or if you made one that had a longer length of 2 to 4 inches I could use it instead as my neck seems to b sorta thick lol plz let me know if u r able to help with this ty

oliveroliver: Exactly as the picture is. Bit small for my neck but I punched another hole, and fixed that issue. The spikes have a possibility and habit to unscrew and fall of. If you don't mind that and can tighten them enough it's a great buy.
