Unicorn SPiT Gel Stain and Glaze: Transform Your Home with Elegant Color and Shine

Eric Marshall: I currently have three unicorn spit colors and I love them. They are great for dark or light applications and it just varies on how much you use and how much you thin it out. White falls flat! It just does not seem to soak into the wood and wipes right off, if you use it too thick (Like I do with the other colors) it gets blotchy and is cosmetically unappealing. The only reason it didn't get one star is because it works great to mix with other colors to achieve tints. I will continue to use it only for that reason. I ended up having to spray paint my project to get the white I desired. This experience does not turn me off from the brand as I think it is great for my woodworking projects, I just know that white has to be sourced from elsewhere.

AppleCiderAppleCider: I ordered this product expecting it to be a stain and glaze but was sent just the stain. I would not have purchased this for just the stain. For my daughter's wooden dollhouse furniture project we were trying to save money by purchasing a 2-in-1 product. This is my first wood painting project so I feel kind of tricked that this product would be labeled a stain AND glaze but it comes as just a stain. Thankfully, I also bought some Mod Podge so I'll try using that as a glaze and see what happens.

Courtney PCourtney P: I bought every color of Unicorn Spit, and I've been using it to update several pieces. The pictured side tables were the first. It's so easy to use, and the color is incredible and vibrant. A little bit goes a long way too. Iin fact, it's been so much fun to use, that I've actually gone overboard on buying wooden things to stain lol. The colors can be easily mixed to create new colors, and it's easy to create some really beautiful looks. I'm really glad that I gave this stuff a try, and I can't wait to continue working with it in the future.

Alexis Donahue: This stuff is incredibly versatile!
It works like a dream and is fun to experiment with.

However I worry about wasting it because of the high cost - so am experimenting less with it than I could.
Also, there are alot of scams out there for this product, offering supposedly "Great deals" on it. As tempting as they are, don't fall for them, they do not deliver the genuine product. The least expensive genuine product that I have seen is at $6/bottle but they typically run about $10 each.
This is the most expensive paint that I own, currently.
