Christy Burbidge: What I liked most about this book is that it draws upon a range of eclectic examples (from Star Wars to literary references) to make key points. The chapters are short, and the reader has the option to read them over the span of 30 days or in longer sittings (I ended up doing the later, as I couldn't put it down!). A great read! Makes me want to check out the young adult dystopian book he wrote...

SS1967: Bought this as I have found myself in the last year starting a number of new projects, without finding the momentum to completely follow through (finding myself distracted). As it turns out, Unhackable not only helped me consolidate my energy and focus to boost my productivity, but also helped me distill my goals and values to more easily to pursue them.
The author provides in depth break downs the strategies and techniques to help you refine your lifeystyle/career, and functional methods for stepping back on your path if you start to stray. I not only plan to recommend this book to friends and family, but to come back to it repeatedly over the years to help myself stay on track. For people looking to build their focus, discipline, and productivity, I can't recommend this book enough.

mona: After reading Unhackable, I was able to find the main roadblock that prevents my dreams from becoming reality. I had been hacked! I suffered from a lack of concentration and low self-esteem for a long time. For example, I always try to be a multi-tasker, but I read alot about how Multitasking decreases productivity by up to 40%. Besides social media and an excessive amount of trivial decisions, it consumes our energy and distracts our focus.
Kary Oberbrunner provides practical guidance on how to avoid getting hacked and to become laser-focused to reach your goals and living your best life. If you're like me, and you let distractions prevent you from achieving your goals, this book is for you.

Obinna Anyadike: This book is amazing. I read his fictional book (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Elixir-Project-Kary-Oberbrunner-ebook/dp/B01MYLLMIA/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=kary+oberbrunner+elixir&qid=1604581892&sr=8-2) and it was amazing it makes you think figuratively about your own life.
For this book though i have already started it with the Book Club on FB and it has been eye opening. I will add more as i read but it shows how much we think we don't have control due to what we think of ourselves and the environment around us

Amazon Customer: "Unhackable" is going to be on everyone's reading list very, very soon. Kary Oberbrunner's concept and integration of information combined with what's happening on a global scale is not only timely, it's a game-changer.
Within the first few lessons (organized by days) in the book, I was already implementing changes to make better choices regarding my time, my energy and my productivity. These are real-life solutions to become "unhackable" in every aspect of life.
I've found I'm assessing things differently now: I look at obstacles and distractions from a completely new point of view. I approach each day with more purpose and clarity. I've had breakthroughs on things I've been mulling over for months. I feel more in charge, more accountable, and truly feel I have ownership of my thoughts and my time.
For anyone needing assistance on regaining control of your time, your energy, and your purpose, this book is an absolute must-read. It's already changing my life. Literally.

Joshua: A little contrived at times as if to fill up a certain number of chapters or pages. Overall, there are great nuggets. Best topics revolve around the central theme of how to manage things that “hack” you. Otherwise, there’s a lot of goal setting discussion.
