Jake & KellyJake & Kelly: My recent grad is spending a few weeks in Europe. He needs a bag to carry when he is out is wandering towns and as a personal item on the overseas flight. He needs to be able to carry his IDs, sunglasses, hat, sweatshirt, water bottle, some chargers, maybe a Switch and a few snacks but he doesn't need a big padded backpack. He doesn't need a ton of compartments. This is nearly perfect for a daypack (or as close to perfect as they are making). The bag itself is light-weight, weather resistant, and a bit larger than a standard drawstring sack. It is durable and has just enough pockets. My husband (40+) isn't a fan of strings for straps but the kids really are. This bag feels like it will be ideal. I like that there is a pocket with soft fabric at the top for sunglasses. I like that the secondary compartment is large with two small interior pockets (those have his charging cords and gum). Also in the secondary compartment, I threw a couple of mesh bags with extra meds, bandaids, tissue, lip balm, tooth brush, some silverware, etc... With the bag organized like this, he will have plenty of room to toss randomness into the largest main compartment. I realize that I've over done this...
