Trying to Help: This book, and its commentary, includes teachings from the Manichaeans. It outright says so. Manichaeism is heretical even among all Protestant churches that I am aware of. Also, the author says several things that lead me to believe that he is not a Christian, or at least that he is misguided.
If, after reading a more widely accepted copy of Enoch, you would like to explore the book and history surrounding it some more, then maybe consider reading this book.

Lola C. Bove: This book was an interesting read. It filled in some parts that seem to be left out of scripture. It fills in things about the giants and some of what life was like in those days.

A customer: This is a well written book. The author explains the history of the three variants of the books of Enoch. He then gives translations of the most authentic Book of Enoch in verses followed by the passages in the bible that say the same thing. The Book of Giants part is pretty strange, and people interpret it in many ways. It is pretty evident that the Book of Enoch predates Jesus. The most interesting part for me is the account of Enoch’s vision of heaven, where he appears to “see” the cosmos and the magnetosphere of the earth and solar wind, none of which he can explain scientifically. He must have been meditating and perhaps fasting. Who knows? After that there are verses after verses going off on how the wicked are going to go to hell in a hand basket. Really, how many times does that have to be repeated? Personally, I prefer Jesus’ message of love and forgiveness.

Patsy Paisley: Interesting book. The bible speaks of giants being born from women and fallen angels. It's too bad that TPTB have hid the giant skeletons that have been found in order to push the theory of evolution in order to deceive the masses. Anyone read about David and Goliath (who was a giant) in the bible? I have. The Book of Enoch also tells about the Giants as well.
