S. Osborn: I love this mat. It is on the thick and heavy side, which adds to its non-slip stability. The coordinates on the mat have helped me with my alignment in my Pilates routine. It's easy to clean and the color is attractive. I will buy it again when necessary, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality mat.

Hufford: I love the line points on this mat. They keep my body aligned properly when doing my yoga poses. This was what i was mainly looking for. I also wanted one that was thicker but not overly cushioned, causing me to lose my balance.
Forget about the Both yoga carrying strap and the yoga carrying bag. The bag is so cheaply made that it frayed and came apart on it’s second use. Strap is lightweight and flimsy. Better option I found was to buy a heavy duty velcro strap for $5 on amazon.
I highly recommend this yoga mat for comfort and to keep your body in perfect alignment while doing yoga.
