Nadia: I have been using this product for over five years and I can say that I noticed my hair is healthier and thicker, which I greatly appreciate, and I’ve been purchasing this product in sense , but recently I over purchase and I had a bottle sitting for a while I’m not sure to be honest how long few months I noticed when I start using it that there is white pieces in the shampoo I’m not sure to use it or not what do I do or better yet? What has changed in the shampoo?

patrica: An absolute ridiculous price for a bottle, not very big, of shampoo. You need to use rather a lot to get any kind of lather and as they recommend you use it 5 times a week if it lasts a month you are lucky and £20+ a week for shampoo is not good.

BLCnKC: I have almost gone through my first whole bottle of this shampoo. My hair loss has been progressing slowly for years but has gotten to a stage where I have to style my hair around how thin it is on top since it is now noticeable. I read an article that listed this shampoo as one of the best for hair loss since it has all the important ingredients like saw palmetto and caffeine, etc. So, even though it is 5x more expensive than my usual shampoo I decided to try it. Initially I was disappointed. When I opened the box I was concerned about how small the bottle was especially considering the price! Then, when I used it, I was disappointed that it didn’t smell like much of anything and didn’t lather well. I would lather it in my hands but it wouldn’t lather and spread through my hair so I was concerned I’d have to use a lot of it to even cover my scalp. But I continued to use it and I found that if I use two pumps of it and soak my hair real good before applying it, it’s enough to cover my scalp. I always leave it in for a couple minutes.

Nic: I’ve been using this shampoo since June and I’m very pleased with the results, as my hair is just starting to look a little thicker. It’s not an enormous difference, but I wasn’t expecting miracles.

Yes the price is a bit outrageous! But I still haven’t finished the bottle I purchased in June as I find that one pump is enough to wash my short hair, and the bottle feels like it’s got a few weeks left to go before it runs out. At this rate using this shampoo is likely to cost me about £30 a month which I feel is worth it for better looking hair.

I’ve already purchased a second bottle and will continue using this shampoo.

Amazon Customer: Saw the top star reviews on the US Amazon site and it seemed like an amazing product. I'm guessing it works based on what is causing your hair to fall out. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. Made my hair and scalp very dry and flaky. Not only did hair not grow but I started to lose hair initially.

The consistency does not lather up much so you need a lot to actually clean your hair. I'm disappointed especially give the price but maybe it just didn't work for me and might work for others.
