jeanniej: I've been using the Biotin shampoo and conditioner exclusively for about two month. I have fine, silky hair which seems to have become finer/thinner as i entered my 40s and I can honestly say Biotin has made my hair feel and look thicker.
I have a dry scalp so previously used anti dandruff shampoo (on amd off) and I would say that the Biotin initially made my dandruff much worse but this seems to have resolved now and my hair is pretty much dandruff free.
I do slightly wonder if the thin hair issue was caused by the anti dandruff shampoo I've used more on than and off for 20 years and it's only resolved now as I've exclusively used something else but who knows, my hair feels and looks thicker and that's worth the price to me anyway.

Debs: I have suffered with hair loss for years and have fine, thin hair. I have lost count of how many products I have tried and sure wish I had the money back for all the ones that did not work. This shampoo and conditioner makes my hair fuller, soft and not flat. I can honestly say that since I started using it, I can definitely tell the difference in my hair. I also have many more good hair days than bad! I have stopped using expensive mousses and other crazy products that don't work.
The combination of the Biotin shampoo and conditioner along with taking oral Minoxidil and using a fabulous hair fiber product from a company in Australia has given me the best hair I have had in years and so much more confidence.

Very impressed with customer service! While this product wasn't my favorite I would absolutely buy from them again but would try something different. They contacted me after this review and offered me exchange or refund. They didn't have what I wanted in stock right then so they gave me a refund. They really acted like they cared about their level of customer support. In a world where the customer is not really treated like a customer anymore I really appreciate them making such an effort.

I've had a lot of stress lately and stress has been known to cause thinning hair and I bought this to help with that. This has not helped at all. My hair is thinner than ever and the smell is definitely medicinal smelling. Not natural or earthy though. A bit of a menthol smell. I have it 2 stars because it does clean your hair and it didn't hurt my color any. I'll just stick with stuff in know.

It has a nice natural smell that I love, and makes my thinning hair look way thicker compared to other shampoos! Highly recommend!

Zenzinin: My hair is a 2b naturally curly, and have been using the curly girl method for about 10 months. I’ve been using this Biotin shampoo and conditioner set for about 7 months now and am still currently using this product. My hair was dry, thin, damaged, and I had abnormally large clumps of hair falling out at the start of using this. 7 months later, here are my observations of this shampoo and conditioner set:
SMELL of BOTH Shampoo and Conditioner:
I don’t particularly dislike or like the smell, because it’s not fragrant or strong. Usually, I apply a different leave-in conditioner to my hair after every wash anyways. This works well for me because I AM trying to avoid strong fragrances and perfumes in my hair while I’ve been trying to recover my hair.
SHAMPOO Review:
A small amount of the shampoo lathers up REAL well. I’m surprised that it doesn’t have sulfates because it sure suds like it does. But however the ingredients without sulfates are lathering up, what matters is that it’s gentle enough but cleans well – and it does do that. Sometimes, when my scalp builds up too much oils though (3 days and onwards), the first shampooing is not as sudsy....
