I've had this product over a year and am coming back to say it has been a great purchase. It was a bit difficult to install on a couple of the bolts, but that was more due to the spray in bed liner from Jeep causing it hard to thread the bolts. Otherwise the install is pretty straight forward. I've had a couple minor issues and customer service has been super helpful and quick. Next time I'm in the market for another cover (or other things they offer), I will certainly look to UnderCover for a solution.

Great product. Fits perfectly 2021 Jeep Gladiator (PERFECT).
Solid and well engineered. Worth the money (and I’m usually a bargain hunter). I splurged for this and have NO regrets. I was close to buying a couple different covers, soft, hard, roll, etc.. this is the cover you want.
Pros: Fits like OEM. Quality product- nothing seemed flimsy or cheap. Install is DIY. Made in the USA. Carpeted panels feel like factory equipment.
Cons: Installation instructions could be a little better (I recommend you find and watch an install video). Pricey (but competitively priced). Packaging was JUST okay: nothing was damaged, but parts had broken free and were banging around together.
You won’t be disappointed.

This is a great product and it looks great on the Jeep Gladiator. It was fairly straight forward to install. The one complaint I would have is that the directions to install the LED are not clear. The light must be installed to the rail prior to bolting the rail to the truck bed. I can not be installed after. The directions lead you to believe you install the light last. Other than that we are very happy with the cover. So far no water has been spotted in the truck bed.

I am very impressed with the overall quality of the UltraFlex Hard Folding Tonneau Cover. I bought it for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator and it looks great and seems to be very securely mounted. Combined with the locking tailgate, this tonneau cover works great. The install went pretty much as expected. My truck has a sprayed-in liner and some of the welded in nuts were coated and that caused some problems attaching the rails. I had to dig out enough of the liner material around the nuts to be able to get the front mounting screws started (at the front of the truck bed). This was not UnderCover's problem, but Jeep's. However, there were two other issues that I encountered that I would like to see resolved. 1. The retaining straps are too long to hold the folded cover in the vertical position. There is a plastic grommet (or whatever you call it) that is inserted into the strap to prevent the buckle from slipping off the end of the strap. This plastic retainer was inserted such that it prevents the strap from being adjusted to a short enough length to hold the folded cover in the vertical position.
