King DreKing Dre: I like them; they fit over my Howard Leight Pros very well and feel comfortable, but I haven’t worn them shooting yet. I purchased them primarily to add some element of camouflage to my ear pro, as the HL Pros are large and all black/gray.

With this cover on, my HL Pros still fit in their case. I also like that this head band has molle and a D-ring attached to it; you can really tactical this headband out if you chose too. I may molle a small flashlight to it, and use it to cable manage some basic comms.

Brand new there is a tiny amount of Velcro showing when you put it on, and with more effort I’m sure you could get the Velcro completely covered. After I wear it out a few times and it breaks in a little I’ll reapply it. The Velcro seems very strong.

The easiest way to put this on is to put your ear pro over your knees so the headband is flat and straight; don’t try to apply this while it’s curved.

Overall I like it a lot and will probably get some of the other colors.

Don: I really wish I could give this a 5 star review. Its well made and its made in the USA. It just needs more padding though. That may just be me and/or my headset, but I can't give it the 5 stars overall. 5 stars for quality but not overall.

I used some extra padding from my Kevlar helmet set and its perfect that way, after a bit of work to get it to fit over the frame and padding all at once.

I use Peltor Sport Tactical 500s so maybe if your headset had more padding to begin with you won't have quite the problem I had.

The D-ring is nice to be able to clip the headset onto something and its really good fabric and velco.

Schlockmeister: My Walker Razor Slim headset was always a little too "long" on my head and would slide down against the tops of my ears, making it uncomfortable (they shorten up only so much until the headband sticks over the ear pieces and thrust out the lower half of the ear covers, defeating the purpose). I'm a woman with a smallish head. I bought new gel pads, which were comfortable but didn't help that problem. I gave these a shot, and they work perfect! I no longer have a gap between the top of my head and my headset. This cover adds just enough padding to fix that problem for me, plus it's super comfortable. I feel like I could shoot for a few hours before any fatigue sets in. These are awesome.

Jesse Lee: Im pretty happy with this product. I usually just rubber-band my Peltor comms cables to the top of my headset to keep them from rattling around when Im out on the range.

The other night, I had a few barley pops & hopped on Amazon. (Always a good idea!) I found these & ordered the OCP pattern. It came in a timely manner, professionally packed, no instructions.

The OCP came with black clips, other than that, no complaints.

No instructions (but we dont need no stinking instructions!) I had to refer to product photos to see how to put the piece on my headset. It took some finnagling to get the velcro lined up perfectly, but it fits the Peltors well.

I may catch some flack from my pals, but at least my cable ends wont be banging around my ear cups when Im out on the range.

Bonus: The next time I hop on a bird, I just un-do the supplied bunjees and hook up to comms. No more cutting rubber bands or zip ties!

The top cushion seems a little bit thick, but I havent worn them enough to critique. The setup does not seem to affect wear or performance of my Peltors.

Greg!: The craftsmanship is really good and I’m proud to buy from an American company (double proud to buy from a Texas company).

Now onto the review.

Product looks and feels sturdy.

When wrapping around the actual headband of the Walker Razor headset, the underside ends up with wrinkles. The only way they could resolve that is by making relief cuts and sewing those cuts together (with manufacturing “sewing” it already in an arched shape, and not sewing it flat).

Onto comfort...well I have a shaved head and the underside of the wrap (the side that touches my noggin), is a mesh material, and is way scratchie and uncomfortable if worn without my ballcap. The original cover on the Walker Razors is totally comfortable.

So, with the band cover I will not be wearing it without my ballcap.

The wrap basically extends on either side to about 1” above the wire ear cups holders in each side (on the Walker Razor Patriots the wrap almost covers the Velcro patch material on each side...if that helps with a reference).

Onto the plastic accessories.

They are fairly cheap plastic but seem to do what they are intended for (holding a light and...
