Great faucet for the price! The height is perfect and it’s so hard to find one this tall. All the other ones on Amazon are the shorties and they just don’t work well with hand washing dishes. Only thing that would make this a five star, if they got rid of the silver fitting at the nozzle, replace the plastic nozzle for a metal one, hot/cold indicator, no logo, and wish the nozzle holder came with an angled version.

Update: UNSCREWED THE SPRAYER (1/15/23) & FOUND SAND IN BOTH. IT CAUSED THE FIRST FAUCET TO EXPLODE. Water pressure fixed. I keep getting requests to delete or change my review for a monetary reward. I will not.
Looks nice and fits my kitchen sink well BUT the water pressure was first nonexistent and now is so low i hate using my sink. We can't afford to change it again. This is such a disappointment.

Edit: I believe I may have gotten a lemon. A few months after I received it sprung a leak. Customer service was indeed 24/7 although getting pictures uploaded etc was near to impossible. So here I wait for my new faucet hoping this one won’t leak! Will update later.
Edit: once installed it has done great. My husband was able to install in about 20mins. I’ll come back in maybe 6months to a year once it is installed. I feel like it looks better than the picture it is the same for sure but appears more sleek in my opinion.
It came in great packaging. It isn’t broken. It isn’t super heavy so I’m not sure how it will hold up. I’ll come back to further review :) it is matte black 100%. Came with instructions and the main reason I actually love this faucet on top of everything it comes with a 10 year warranty.

I am so pleased with this new faucet. The high curve design keeps it out of the way of the sink itself leaving more hand and arm room. The sprayer goes in and out of the faucet spout with ease making rinsing dishes and spraying out the sink a breeze. I get a much larger force of water with this nozzle, so I don’t need to turn faucet all the way on anymore, which will save me on water usage and the billing. The design and color really gives my kitchen an elegant look to it. Assembly was easy and came with everything needed. My uncle installed it I did not need a plumber and did it in about half hour. I have a one tub sink and this works excellent with it.
