Cassie: Very large. I have a small head and can wear kids hats. When pulled on all the way it covered my eyes and my nose barely poked out. Would definitely fit a medium-large head or large sized head or for someone with a lot of hair to stuff inside. The material looks nice but feels cheap and would probably be pretty irritating if you did not have hair. The gem, though nice in quality, was sewn on wonky and did not align with the peak of the hat. Will be returning
