Mike M: I like spicy food that’s spicier than jalapeno, but lower than habanero. These calabrian chilis in olive oil fit the bill. Went well in my fennel sausage pasta as a slight heat and lingering heat that built over time. A new staple for my pasta dishes.

Kristine: This is good for anything made with garden tomatoes or spicing up any meal.
I found even in the frig it was getting mold in spots very quickly.
I dug that spot out with a spoon and it was fine.
If it happens again I’m out.
It should be fine in the frig for a month after opening.
