Jersey: The media could not be loaded. The timer wont shut off. Other than that I love it! Just wished that I could somehow get it to stop timing when I am not using the press.

Amazon Customer: All of the different possibilities for the price is still too good to pass up. Just keep in mind it's a little wobbly when opening and closing.
On the other hand, it heats up quickly, very user friendly, easy to put together and I had no issues with any of the multiple parts.
Little wobbly while opening and closer. Customer service is VERY helpful.

ElanaElana: Update 5/15/21: Tusy ended up sending me a entire new unit mug press & all other pieces including new main press machine. They did this because their mug press was part of a set & they do not sell it by itself. I am extremely satisfied with their excellent customer service in solving my problem! Thanks Tussy!!
Shirt press machine was fine. However, the mug press I did not use until about a month after purchase. First time I tried using it, the thing started smoking about to catch on fire once it warmed up to 400•. (Luckily I was sitting there & not away while it was warming!) I contacted their customer service hoping for a replacement & they instead tried getting me to purchase a $40 piece that I would have to take apart the old piece & try replacing w the new part they recommended I purchase. Not to mention the replacement part is not like the original & would take over a month to arrive! All this instead of just sending me a replacement when they are still selling the whole bundle. OR refunding me the amount it would cost for a new unit ($100). So beware if you are buying the bundle. I haven’t tried using the hat piece or plate piece yet....
