I bought this press in May. I love how easy it is to set up. Unfortunately I got a defective one at first. The seller was very nice and exchanged it for a new one even though I was a little beyond the Amazon return window. I really appreciate the great customer service and help I got with the exchange. The press itself is nice and simple and has great pressure.

how am i supposed to keep the mat secure and stable. whenever i put my garments onto the heat press the mat will move. i didn’t see anything within the box to keep it stable.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE IS IT WORKS LIKE AN IRON! I was very excited to “upgrade” and get a bigger heat press but so far I’m not so happy with it. I’ve noticed it only presses the image really nice in the middle which defeats the purpose of trying to press a bigger image at once. I’m using my old one Instead works perfect. The new ones timer does not always work and the temperature is also an issue seems like 310 on my old one is not the same I have not been able to figure out what’s the right temperature to use because I did not get an instruction book and that’s another issue.

I have only used it once but I am very excited to keep using it. I used it to sublimate one shirt and it works great. It is heavy but won't need to be moved around once it's set up. I wish the bottom tray slid out just a bit more to make lining up designs easier. Heat up pretty quickly. It will take some trial and error to get the pressure right but all in all it is a great value product. Can't get much better for the price. You don't need more than this unless you have a very involved business
