John K: This seems to be the go-to tape a lot of YouTubers who use it in their home construction and DIY videos. When looking for an alternative, I wasn't really able to... That makes this probably the #1 option for it's purpose. It's super sticky, so be careful when using. I bought a separate tape gun, which helped with most of the sticking where it shouldn't problems. It can split little pieces off the end of the tape though (pretty common with all tapes like this or packing tape, so not really a strike against it if you are aware of that issue). It's been great over-all. I'd recommend this to anyone needing a product like this.

Lindsey: Used it for an epoxy pour table and it worked great. I had to pound some shims under the table to release it but overall it came off very easy and was much cheaper then the version you see all the youtubers leave.

TommigirrlTommigirrl: I bought this to compare with Home Depot's Frost King 2 in. x 100 ft. Interior/Exterior Clear Plastic Weather Seal Tape.
Pros: This adheres to my bare wood studs, whereas the Frost King tape does not. I've had to re-tape areas where the Frost King comes off the wood and the plastic.
Adherence-wise, this is excellent. It is incredibly sticky and I have no concern about ever needing to reseal an area.
Cons: The tuck tape has a tendency to split. Not excessively, but Frost King never splits. Frost King is a thicker tape. I constantly lose the starting point when I put the roll down, and removing the edge from the roll is both challenging and can create tears. I'd recommend using something to never lose the edge on the roll itself. Also, the tape splits when I use my fingernail to press down a corner seam or a spot where I was initially messy. It's thin tape but does a much better job for my application than Frost King.
