Gella: This has been a godsend during my pregnancy. From 30 weeks, I’ve been using the ball daily for exercises and gentle work outs to ease any pelvic pain and discomfort from pregnancy.
As the weeks have gone on, I’ve noticed a difference and it has really helped to reduce the lightning crotch I was suffering with.
Can’t say it would work for everyone but I really have found it beneficial. I will continue to use it up until I get induced at 39 weeks.
It was a real challenge to inflate with the rubbish pump that came with it but I left that to my husband to sort out!

Mrs C: Pump broke in 5 mins. Contacted the seller but the reply is super slow, last reply was 2 days ago. Feels they don’t want to deal with this problem.

Bius Schehl: I’ve had standing jobs my whole life and I recently started working in an office. My back was killing me from day one, sitting in office chairs. I ordered this and within two days the pain was completely gone. It forces you to sit straight. It takes a few days to get used to but now I wouldn’t sit on anything else. I’ve been using it for 3 months, never had to pump more air into it since I first did it. It takes a long time to fully inflate it and at first I thought it was going to be too small. I let it sit for a day and put more air in it. It can really stretch so just keep going if you’re in doubt. The size recommended was perfect for my height!

Nerys A.: Please consider the sizes offered by this seller very carefully. I bought the Medium 48-55cm ball but after inflating it it just won’t get to 55 and is consequently too small for me and I’m only 5ft. It’s basically a children’s size. If I can face the hassle I will return it. Also the quality of the pump is dreadful. After you get the ball to about a quarter inflated it doesn’t return to its natural position after pressing down and keeps losing its shape. I was quite worried it would break before I’d even finished pumping it up. I’m pretty sure it’s not going to survive the life of the ball. You get what you pay for I guess and I’m going to buy a brand I recognise even if it’s more expensive.

Murdoch: This exercise ball is made with high quality, durable material. It’s very bouncy, sturdy, non-sticky, and non-slippery. The lines on the ball make it easy to hold, squeeze, and bounce even if you’re a heavy sweater. I use the ball both for exercise and as an office chair. I followed the size chart to find the right size, and this worked perfectly for me. The ball is packaged with a small foot pump, and took about 5 minutes to inflate. Also enclosed are an air hose, two different sizes of nozzles for the air hose, three white plug pins, and a plug pull clip. The colours are vibrant and aesthetically pleasing, and I used nail polish to paint the heads of the plug pins the same color as my ball.

Although the simple instructions for initial inflation and use are posted midway down the product page, the instructions enclosed in the package are not nearly as clear and comprehensive. Before using for the first time, 1) use the enclosed measuring tape or your own tape measure to make a note of your ball height (45cm, 55cm, 65cm, etc.) with a piece of tape or post-it note on the wall (do not use it to measure the diameter of the inflated ball), 2) pump the ball up to about 80%...

Kindle Customer: I an very impressed by this yoga ball! I think this is the best quality I have ever had. The material has a nice thick feel to it. So it feels a lot sturdier and has a weight to it. When I say weight I am not comparing this to a medicine ball. It just feels a lot sturdier :)
I just received this today and I inflated it with the foot pump. Did not inflate all the way but the instructions did say that could happen and wait 24hrs to inflate more.
Instructions we're clear and the included foot pump was easy to use. I actually used my right hand to pump it so it isn't hard.
Well that is my forst impressions so far, will update after I use it!!

Linda: EXCELLENT quality! Super-thick material, handy pump included, extra plugs and nozzles supplied also - real quality product. But....The size chart said 4'8" should purchase a 55cm. I'm 4'10", so that's the size I purchased - and it's too large! There must be a boo-boo on the size chart, because, even though there's a 45cm available, there's no reference to it in the size chart descriptions. So, I'm sending the 55cm back, and will purchase a 45cm, cuz this is one very well-made exercise ball! You will love it! Just remember, if you're really small, get the 45cm! EDIT: Size chart states 55cm for ball chair for my height, and 45cm for exercise ball for my height....I'll see myself out the door...

Sherri S.: Very well made. Ordered according to size chart. I'm on the edge just at 5' 4" so I measured my desk (std size office desk). 65 cm didn't seem like it would leave enough room for my knees. The 55 cm sits too low and makes it very difficult to type. It is fully inflated and we did wait 24 hours. I didn't know to allow for it sinking lower when I sat on it. I've never tried a yoga ball chair before.

Update: They responded so quickly; the very next morning. The representative offered a way to resolve things in a very generous manner. I wish more companies had this high level of customer service and satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed.

Xanderfied: Purchased two of these, one 55cm and one 65cm. Followed the inflation directions exactly. The 65cm one inflated just fine, but the 55cm one expanded into an oval shape. No matter what I did, could not get it into a round shape. Although the seller was quick to contact me after shipment to request a 5-star review, they did not respond at all to my request for assistance in how I might get the ball to inflate correctly.

Update: The seller did respond to me shortly after I wrote this review. They apologized for the delay in responding and told me that they had already sent a replacement 55cm ball. The replacement inflated into a proper sphere, so the first one must have been defective. Several days later, the seller also processed a refund to my account. I appreciate the customer service. Have been using both balls for several weeks now and they seem to be holding up well.
