JaniceJanice: I found this author on Tik Tok. Samantha Sarles paints rocks and gives them away, She was inspired by her young son. When I was a kid I painted lots of rocks but they were never this beautiful. I bought this book to create rock people and sparkly creatures with my grandchildren. This book has so many different decorating ideas. Sarles shows you how to choose the right rock, and even breaks down the technique of painting and making sure the paint is unique, beautiful and long lasting. My grandchildren took one look at the book and were inspired to create many gifts for everyone in the family. With this book, everyone can be an artist. I recommend this book and thank Samantha Sarles for bringing an old craft back again in such a modern way.

Amazon Customer: I have used this book already, and it is full of a dizzying array of projects, using many different paints, inks, dyes, pencils, pens, papers, even temporary tattoos. I love the step by step approach, and the author combines many colors, pens and other media to achieve gorgeous rich effects in multi media style. A very good keeper and investment. The tips area is fabulous, for example, which varnish works well with which paint.
