Ich bin's: Mit der smarten Waage bin ich äußerst zufrieden. Wer sein Gewicht protokollieren will (oder aus medizinischen Gründen muss), ist mit der Withings Body+ bestens bedient. Die Daten werden sowohl per WLAN als auch via Bluetooth zuverlässig übertragen. In Kombination mit Apple Health erfüllt die Waage meine Wünsche und Anforderungen. Die Körperanalysefunktionen wie Köfperfettanteil, Muskelanteil oder Flüssigkeitshaushalt sind aus medizinischer Sicht mit einer solchen Waage ehr Spielerei als ernst zu nehmen.

Ivano : La Bilancia in sé e fantastica, ma prima di continuare; sì, in tutta la recensione per me sarà 'La Bilancia" e non "La bilancia" 😉.

Questa Bilancia riesce a calcolare tutto, dalla massa muscolare a quella grassa, e con la connettività al WiFi e all'applicazione Mobile per Android e iOS "Withings" ti permette di creare dei profili diversi con varie statistiche diverse, che poi vengono inviate alla Bilancia, cosicché quando togli le ciabatte, sali sopra per 5/6 secondi, capisce la massa muscolare e grassa e altre caratteristiche come l'IMC, andando a salvare il tutto nell'applicazione e nel proprio profilo, mostrando vari grafici che ti fanno capire l'andamento del peso.

Ottima l'integrazione anche del contapassi che può essere sincronizzato con altri servizi di Salute come Samsung Health.

L'applicazione da anche la possibilità di inserire manualmente dei dati, come peso e BPM, per andarli a registrare sempre nel proprio profilo, magari per quando la Bilancia è scarica o vuoi tenere traccia dei vari dati quando non ti pesi sulla tua Withings Body+.

Wesley Danger: Up until now, I've always had a fairly simple digital scale. Weight and that's it. This scale takes things to another level by adding in a plethora of readings AND can transmit them wirelessly to your phone. Starting with weight, the scale measures to 1/10th of a lb accuracy, which is a step up from every scale I've owned thus far that measured to 2/10th accuracy. I tried it against my old scale and another in my house and the Withings scale was within .1 of both scales.

Now here's what else it can read: Body fat %, water weight, muscle weight, fat weight, bone weight. Now you might be wondering, how can a scale tell all of these things from just my feet? Well the tech is pretty cool. The scale sends an undetectable electric current up through your feet. Muscle and fat contain different amounts of water. Muscle is about 75% water, while fat is only 10% water. This electrical current travels through your body and then back down to the scale. Based on the current returned, the scale can calculate (roughly) all of those measurements. Pretty cool, huh?

Danielle: I'm going to preface this with the fact that I was a previous Fitbit Aria user. And after a year of wildly inaccurate readings, I'd just had enough. Trying to loose weight is hard enough without dealing with a scale that varies anywhere from 20 lbs higher or lower at any given time. I'd done everything recommended by fitbit, and was even resetting the thing every day and having to weigh in 3 times in a row just to hopefully get a somewhat correct idea of how my diet plan was going. There was no way I was going to invest in the Aria 2 after the fiasco with the first one. So, enter the Nokia Body+... I've only had it a day and can already tell it's insanely better. It was a breeze to set up and it seems to give pretty accurate readings, never varying by more than a fraction of a pound. I don't know if it is as precise as a triple balance beam scale at a doctor's office, but I don't need it to be. I just need to know that I'm moving in the right direction. With the Fitbit Aria I had no idea if I'd actually lost weight, gained weight, or if the scale was acting up since it could be totally off even when weighing myself a few times within a few minutes. Ed: Just an update. I have had this scale for about 6 weeks. Very nice, I can now go online and look at my scale information instead of using my phone. I had to go to healthmate.health.nokia.com to open a free account but all of the info is there. It also shows my steps that MyFitnessPal tracks on my iphone 5. I really like this scale and I am impressed with it. Very easy after I read the instruction-lol.

I have had this Nokia Body + scale for a couple of weeks now and I am very happy with it. I download their app onto my I Phone and followed the directions. I use the scale every day and it connects every time. It shows my weight and it is really close to what the scales in my doctors office reads. It weighs me consistent, it may be off by a few tenths of a pound when measuring multiple times but that is all. I like all of the BMI, water weight, muscle mass readings as well. Those readings may not be doctor office quality but they do give you a very good, reliable reference point to see if you are gaining or losing in those areas.

It uses 4 AA batteries which are included, scale updates itself via your wi-fi to internet.
