Judy L.: I bought these earbuds to listen to videos on my computer while my husband is watching TV. They were easy to connect to my computer, and worked really well. I have needed to use them very often, but in 10 months, the left earbud stopped working - would not connect to right earbud and no sound at all. I have less expensive earbuds that have lasted for much longer and are still working. I definitely would not recommend these earbuds.

UPDATE 10/16/23:
I increased the star rating from 1 star to 4 stars since I was able to get them working again. It took a while since the included instructions are not very helpful. These are very nice earbuds while they are working properly.

Dave: Firstly these are great sounding and great fitting (for me at least) headphones. The noise canceling is very good, specially for the price tag. I love the fact these swap tap inputs when using them together or as a single, i love one tap play pause, two tap next track with audio beep to let you know it received both taps (important to know) and having it switch so working in single mode either one with use the same control. When both are active, the left controls swapping between noise canceling and pass thru mode. These don't work with the tozo app (or at least mine wouldn't) but aside from audio books, the sound levels are fine. I've not used the battery bank option but it's a nice to have feature. My only issue is randomly with either headphone I'll lose connection but it will stop playing anything and then like 30 seconds later tell me it's disconnected and then it will reconnect. It's doesn't ruin these but it's a bit annoying when it just drops randomly. I would recommend these and would buy them again.

Hellified: I love the sound and noise cancelling ability of these enough to leave the over-ear headphones at home. The only issue I have is after a year of use, the hinge on the cover of the battery pack has broken. It's still usable thanks to the magnetic feature on the front, but it has made it a hassle to take them out and put them away, and now I'm paranoid about having the case in my pocket.

Lizzie E.Lizzie E.: Before I start let me tell you, I have a LOT of Tozos and have been a loyal customer for years. I have about 10 pairs including the T12, T6 (x2), NC9 Hybrid and A1 and I am expecting the Crystal Buds to be delivered next week.

So these are NOT mini earbuds. The case is bigger and feels sturdy and heavy. Not a bad thing necessarily. I love the fact that it charges wirelesly and the indicator lights in the front are very helpful.

In the front of the case, you will find a connector hidden behind a rubber piece that provides you with a USB-A port AND a USB-C port, thus case can act as an emergency power bank for your other devices i.e. your phone.
I find this pretty useful and of course it explains the size and weight of the case.

When you open the case, you see the charge percentage front and center, which again, is a nice touch!

The voice that greets you, is the same Asian sounding female voice of previous models. I personally like it; I think of her as one of those computers in Mangas 🤣 but I have read other reviews that state they hate it.

The ANC works really well BUT when I turn it off and then turn it on again, I hear a swooshing...

TechGuy77: The Good: This is an improvement on the already great Tozo NC9 ANC earbuds. I was disappointed that the original NC9s did not have a wireless charging case. Well not only did Tozo bring it, they brought it big time with a nice large battery, it'll keep you NC9 earbuds charged for days of use! These things would be great for long trips. I can literally swap out my original NC9 earbuds now with these new ones and keep the tunes and podcast going. The fit on the NC9 earbuds for me is superb. I put the smallest earbud tips on and they stay in my ears no matter what I'm doing. I've gone on runs, mowed the lawn, worked on my SUV, trips to the store and many other chores all while listening on my NC9 earbuds. It's super easy to adjust the volume and is intuitive, just push and hold the right to increase the volume and yep you guessed it, push and hold the left to decrease the volume. The volume get plenty loud too but not too loud but please be sure not to damage your hearing. It's also super easy to switch between songs with a simple double tap of the right to go to the next or double tap the left to go back to the previous or beginning of a song.
