Amazon Customer: I found this product while looking for a head-set that fit better and was more comfortable than the two options provided by my work and came across this one. (For reference, the work ones were a headphone with a microphone and my struggles were it was too large for my head and would slide around constantly which would reposition the microphone while I was speaking. Additionally, after sitting directly on my ears for about 10 minutes, my ears would start to hurt.)

I was looking for something that would stay put on my ear, didn't make my ears ache, was compatible with multiple electronics, and super portable; this is it.

Because it hooks over the ear, I don't struggle with the pressure on my ear and the microphone doesn't move around. Additionally, you can swap what side you put it on, which is convenient. It is also easy to pack up and take with you as it comes with a little case for travel.

Dana Smith product tester: I had another earpiece that I had that got dropped in water and I bought some ear plug device but I didn't like the way they fit in ear .so I seen these and decided to buy .This earpiece is great they actually look like my other one that got dropped in water .The buttons for volume and turn on and off are easily accessible and the sound comes through great and the people on the other side say they hear me clearly .This earpiece is also great for the price would buy again ...Only thing is wish it had more colors to choose from.

Nicole: Just recieved it yesterday, was in the middle of my work day, I jumped up charged it and started using it. Had to change the ear pieces and not sure if I have just not found the right one yet to sit better in my ear. It doesn't quiet sound right. I can hear the other end fine but I think I just need to find the right fit. It feels loose in my ear. But super easy to pair and came with a decent charge. And so glad it charges on the same cable as for my cell. Because using the special charger that usually comes with a lot of older headsets because this one came with a very short charging cable that would have made me rest it on the phone to charge which might seem small but it does make a difference.

James Taylor: I recently purchased this earpiece because I was not satisfied with my old one. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. It comes with a nice hard plastic carrying/storage case that provides excellent protection for the product and fits nicely in a pocket or purse. The look of the product is sleek and stylish - not bulky at all. The soft over-ear hook provides a snug fit and is very comfortable. The control buttons (power, mute, and volume) are easy to feel and use. Connection to my phone was a breeze. One of my favorite features is the voice control which was instantly compatible with my Android device. Sound quality is vastly superior to products I have used in the past. The unit is far superior to earpieces I have used in the past that cost many times the price of this unit.

Old "experienced" guy: THIS IS AN EDITED OPINION:
(First one:I purchased this item because of the high ratings from a high number of purchasers (????). BUT, when it arrived, I put it on charge and when it was ready, made my first call, only to be told that my voice was not clear, was coming through garbled and very hard to understand. Once I turned the headpiece OFF I had no problem being understood by the recipient of my call. When I tried to return it, AMAZON gave me bit of a runaround until I stated that this item DID NOT WORK and I wanted to return it and get my money back. The person I was speaking to finally said it was NOT RETURNABLE and I could do as I wished with the item and my refund would be forthcoming asap.
Yes, I did get my refund (in due course) and the item sits in a box on my desk, unused, unwanted...I guess I will eventually toss it in the garbage...oh well, a frustrating experience, my recommendation? Don't buy this one !!)

Larissa: Got this for my husband did a lot of research Had tried other brands and they where 💩.

This is a 5⭐️out of 5⭐️! The Noise cancellation is great he drives a gravel truck and is on logging roads all day back-and-forth, between the road noise and the radio on I can hear him clearly and he can hear me clearly. I ended up getting one as well as our service where we live sucks and he could barely hear me on my phone. After getting the headset for me he has no complaints, and can hear me crystal clear. love that this one has volume controls with great sound quality, as well as being able to switch back and forth from each ear by just rotating the ear hook. Also love it comes with so many ear bud size options, I have supper small ears and use the smallest one, my husband uses one 2 sizes up. Love the cool carrying case it has as well, I use mine well doing farm/house chores as it allows me to be hands free to do what I need, as well I can leave my phone and walk away as the crevice is so bad, I can leave it where I get crevice and I don’t drop the call.
