Laura: I purchased this for business and personal use. We had an ice-cream social with novelty bars at work. I transported about 40 novelty bars to another campus in the hot TN summer heat without any of them melting. We plan to use this backpack when we go to Vegas so that we can keep ice-cold drinks in our room. We usually go to Walgreens and grab waters and sodas. We will add ice from the hotel and keep in our room during our stay so that we can be thrifty and for convenience. We are also planning to use it on our ATV adventure during our trip in the desert. This hasn’t leaked so far but we’re definitely going to test it. I’ll provide an update if it does leak.

Klaatu82: I live in the south and this was invaluable! I went to a festival with friends this summer and filled this with bottled water and ice packs. We drank literally every bottle of water we could pack! It is easy to carry and keeps things fairly cool. Again, definitely a must have for summer festivals in the south!

Dapper GuyDapper Guy: Okay first of all this cooler is VERY WELL CONSTRUCTUCTED WITH QUALITY MATERIALS! Definitely a great product at a super price (this color was discounted). In person I love this color as it is even better than I expected from vendor's photos.

BUT IT LACKED 2 key features I've loved on my old (more expensive) TITAN cooler of similar style & size... SEE PHOTO OF 2 IMAGES:
Hard plastic liner
Strings on top where I put my sunglasses
YET I managed to get the liner from my Titan to slide into this one so I'm halfway there. Maybe my wife can help me by sewing me a clip on holder.

Rose Lucas: I bought this as a gift for my mum after owning our much loved tourit for a few years. Sadly I’ll be returning this as on comparison, this is no where near the spec that it once was. The straps and materials are a much lower quality, really disappointing as I love our one we purchased a couple years ago.

Coral2reef: I just took this to Silverstone for the Formula one - tested over 4 days rammed full of food and drink with a few ice packs and it performed perfectly.

Despite the weight I added it was still comfy to wear with the padded straps and there is plenty of alternative storage pockets so you don’t need to keep dipping into the cooled main section.

I read lots of reviews and looked at lots of cool bag rucksacks before choosing this one and i’m Pleased with my purchase. Mainly chose this due to the reviews and the fact it doesn’t look half bad

ChangRChangR: I used this cooler knapsack while visiting a local National park and it helped keep everything cool with icepacks I bought from Amazon. I do like the larger side pockets so that I can fit larger sized bottles as needed.

Shoulder arms/padding could have been a little thicker but when I had it on my back for a few hours, I had no issues. Also, since this pack is more vertical in construction, its center of gravity is closer to your body so you don't feel like you have to lean forward and be tilted back when it is full.

Only knocking off one star since I do not know how its interior will last but it appears to be the same waterproof/resistant construction as other cooler packs I have used in the past.

aimendoza4: I bought this for my husband for his delivery job. He normally takes a backpack filled with water bottles snacks etc which can be awfully heavy. So with the changing weather I figured I'd buy him this item paired with some ice packs. So the following is what he mentioned to me. The compartment/cooler area is nice. Its wide and deep enough to fit water bottles or even his thermoflask inside. He puts all 4 ice packs inside. 1 on the bottom and the other 3 around the sides. Meanwhile he puts his drinks in the middle. He did mention that he hasn't tried to use ice because of what the instructions indicate which is not to put ice directly inside, but put in a sealed bag. He did also note that the zipper seems to have a gap so it may not stay cool as he would like (initial thoughts). He did say that anything that you want to stay cool with the ice packs needs to already be cold. At about 80 degree Fahrenheit type of weather he indicates his drinks do stay cold to cool for about 6 to 8 hours. This is of course taking it out to drink then placing it back inside then closing the zipper all the way. The drinks stay cool enough to enjoy throughout his shift.
