Shane McCaslinShane McCaslin: The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been making slings out of paracord for a while now and have tried several brands of cordage, and I’m ex-military, so I’ve been using paracord for everything from lanyards to actual parachutes for decades. This stuff is beyond better than anything I’ve found yet. It’s not stiff at all. Perfect diameter. The outer layer is super slinky like Spectra (Kevlar) and never bunches up or catches a snag, it never gets a “bulge” and it is truly tuff as all hell. On my slings I wrap the pouch with a double braid and pull it extremely tight and got zero bunching of the outer layer. After working with two 20 foot strands and was finishing the end of the sling, there was zero bunching of the outer layer. It’s just amazing stuff to work with, and beautiful. It’s made in the U.S.A. baby! And it’s no more expensive than the cheap stuff. No brainer here; whether you’re hanging your underpants, or repelling off a cliff (no recommendation here) just get it and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Amazon Customer: I've ordered from Amazon many times over the years, and this is the 1st followup email about their product from the company directly. This makes me happy that there are still companies that ensure their product is up to standard and not taking the money and ghosting people.
I usually only rate if the product is either really junk (not often because I research before buying) or if it exceeded my expectations.
This 550 cord is the best I've come across thus far, and not just cheap bracelet line. I will be rating them 5 stars, especially because of their followup for quality products and not just letting Amazon shoot a standard text asking how it was.

Adam: This stuff it top notch. Used it tying down loads and hanging backpack around tree for hanger and did it no problem. Doesn’t frail, very durable and will get the job done in an emergency situation if you find yourself in one. Will definitely by buying more of this.
