I ordered this and the first time I tried to use, it wouldn’t stay on. When I turned it to on, the light flickered and then went out. I returned it since I thought that one was defective—same thing happened with the replacement. Don’t waste your time or money.

Didn't expect perfection but expected product to work a little!! Never really got very warm----very difficult to get lashes into. Feels very cheap, like toy you would get in Cracker Jack Box!!!

I got this in during Amazon's Prime Deals 2021.
The first drawback was that it pinched the corners of my lids -- it's really big and not very easy to maneuver. I was able to use it but it was uncomfortable.
It heated up the first time I used it, and I was able to curl my lashes (they were at an odd angle because of the larger size, however). The next time I tried to use it, the curler heated up a little less and that was it. It worked for approximately two uses. I changed the batteries and I tried to make sure the curling pad was attached correctly. It didn't matter. It's just a huge piece of junk. Do not buy! S, someone should report this company because they have not even two and a half stars in ratings. They're just ripping people off! Amazon shouldn't even allow them to sell this product. I have to say it was probably one of the worst things I've ever bought from Amazon and I buy and try a lot...
