Elizabeth Bronson: After I figured out you have to press and hold the on/off button for a few seconds to turn it on (this is in the instructions too, I just didn't bother to read them first lol), the heated lash curler works great! Little bit of a learning curve to get my lashes curled, but I found it works best to hold it at the base of my lashes for a few seconds, then slowly move to the tip of lashes and hold the wand there while keeping my lashes in a 'c' shape for a few seconds. It doesn't technically curl as well as a traditional squeeze-type, but is so much more gentle and didn't rip out any lashes and the best part is now I can curl my very outer lashes that never seemed to fit in the traditional ones and always got left out before.

Mary: I got this after reading reviews on it. I am very satisfied! it does a great job, quick and easy to use, and to clean I run a trickle of cold water a drop of soap on the curler, and a soft nail brush, scrub, rinse and done! by then I check the heat on the unit by touching it to my lips, if it's too hot for my lips I leave it on the counter to cool and I don't put the cap on it. if it is cool enough to my lips I will put the cap on and put it away. charge about once a week if you are using it daily. It does NOT give you any indication where the charge level is or that it's getting low just will flash and not heat up until you charge it. so charge once a week to keep it ready to go.

Jellybean: This curler works well but all the way up to three lights (indicating heat level) may be too hot for some people. It won’t burn you, but it is a bit intimidating to have something so hot near your eye. I usually use it at the two light heat level. My lashes are pretty straight and the curler effectively lifts them. I deducted a star because I am not quite sure the button on it works properly. Sometimes I press it and there is no response. I don’t know yet if I am just being clumsy or there is in fact a faulty switch. I haven’t had it very long, so I am giving it the benefit of the doubt that I am at fault. If I do figure out that the switch is malfunctioning, I will return the lash curler.

Heather Perry: This expensive & researched Brand & the “Way” it was supposed to curl my eyelashes, without “crushing” them between a top & bottom of a normal eyelash curler, sounded smart & better for my eyelashes ~ So I ordered it.
It was supposed To CURL my eyelashes., by simply stroking my eyelashes, with or without mascara applied. I tried BOTH WAYS SEVERAL TIMES ~ I SO WANTED IT TO WORK, AS THEY ADVERTISED!

It heated up for less than 2 minutes & never stayed hot long enough to DO ANYTHING to MY EYELASHES … NEVER even curled ONCE!
SO DISSAPOINTED ~ I was called away from home for work, before it arrived. By the time I arrived home & TRIED It for about a week, “HOPING” IT WOULD START CURLING MY EYELASHES ~ NO LUCK.
It was TOO LATE TO “RETURN” for a REFUND, by that time.
UNTIL NOW, When You ASKED ME ABOUT MY
EXPERIENCE ~
And I decided to take more of My Time & TELL YOU
“MY TRUTH” of MY Experience, AS I REALLY DON’T
want Someone Else to HAVE MY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

ashwi: I really liked this, the silicone tip is much more comforting than the other version where you have a metal guard against a heating element.

Unfortunately though it worked 2 days, and then wouldn't turn on for more than a few seconds. I've tried charging it with multiple chargers and overnight but it won't turn on more than a few seconds before shutting off. If I can reach the seller I'll ask for a replacement, otherwise will try to buy another one.

Vicky G: Had high hope for this hoping it would curl like how the curler curls hair…
Works within the first 5 mins, but the visibly the lashes just drop back to it’s original position…
Also even though it has the silicon pad but the high hear is still pretty hot for eyelid.
So conclusion is, a level of discomfort with non-lasting effect…

Dani: I was really excited to learn about these types of curlers and was amazed by the reviews but upon trying it out for myself I must say I am super disappointed. I tried it both with and without mascara. Does absolutely nothing without mascara and there are minimal results after applying it. The curler turned on and heated up just as it was supposed to and I followed the directions exactly. All I got out of it was some hot eyelids. I'll just stick with a normal eyelash curler.

Amazon Customer: I like this. One of my eyes has half curled and half straight lashes and this works really well to curl the straight lashes whereas 4 different types of conventional curlers do not. Currently I mostly use it without mascara as I find the curling wand takes off the mascara I currently use. I will try using a different formula mascara to see if the wand still takes off the majority of the mascara. When I use it with mascara on as indicated but then touch up my lashes to coat them better I lose the curl.

Update: using a dryer mascara as the first layer makes a massive difference
