elizabeth: I am a single woman who is trying hard to be a good vegan (or at least eat better). It is so easy to put in my ingredients and turn this on and forget about it until the whole house smells great! Tip: DO NOT fill it past the max fill and if you want to make a soup or a vegan chili ;) brown the celery and onions and put in some shrooms, then ass a can of chili beans, stewed tomatoes, spices and it cooks FAST on the lowest setting! Bon appetit!

Veronica Blanco: This little pot is perfect for all my instant noodle needs. Here are some pros and cons:

PROS
- very easy to use
- heats up faster than a regular stove
- plenty of capacity for most noodles
- the heating “base” and the pot are separate so it’s easy to lift up or clean without worrying about the socket

CONS
- a little tricky to clean, not too bad but you have to be careful
- noticeable hot spot, again, not too bad, but not the best for even cooking
- only two settings

I’d give this product an 8/10- there are some flaws but I would absolutely buy it again and use it in my daily life!

Sally: Purchased 4 months ago for travel. Mostly for cooking breakfast oats but also re-heating stews etc. Not all hotels have microwave ovens, hotel restaurants seldom suit my diet, and I don't interact well with people before breakfast. This pot is a HUGE improvement over what I used in the 80's and 90's, which I finally gave up on. The fact that the pot and heater are separate pieces makes it easier and safer to clean up in hotel bathroom sinks. The pot fits under the faucet, but combined pot+heater units usually don't or it's hard to keep the electric part dry. The pot interior surface cleans up easily. It has high and low settings, and the low is still a bit too hot for porridge, so I have to keep turning it on and off, which I don't think is a big deal. I take a silicone lid (bowl lid, microwave lid, the ones shaped like leaves and flowers) instead of the glass one - true, I can't see through it but I can't see putting a glass lid in my luggage. To pack I put the unit inside the box it came in, fill the inside with stuff (socks, oats, whatever, just using the space), and put it in a corner of the suitcase. For dinners I've only used it for moist rice or pasta combo meals and stews,...

SherrySherry: The media could not be loaded.  I got this because I don't get to leave office easily at lunch hour and I'd like to cook some instant noodles for my lunch. This is so wonderful for me and have satisfied my appetite for warm food. Some of the authentic Asian instant noodles now require you to cooking noodles instead of just sock everything in hot water for 3 min. I need something that can boil food fast at high power and easily to clean at office. After using it, it takes about 7 min to boil half tank of water to boil. And the boiling power is high enough to get my noodles done in about 5 min. I usually start the water boiling at kitchen before I take my break. Then walk in after 7 min and pour my instant noodles in and wait for 5 min then my noodles is done. I just need to pick my noodles and mix with sauce, there is my delicious lunch to fresh up my afternoon fighting. Since it's detachable, you can just pick it up and clean it in the sink. Really convenient and effortless. I've attached the video to show you how powerful the boiling is. It's great and convenient for one person's meal. Really love this purchase.
