Deanna: This is my 2nd purchase of an electric skillet and the main reason I chose this one was because the power cord is attached! The 1st one I bought (another brand) had the probe power cord and it would not stay engaged. I love everything about my Topwit Electric Skillet, I love the handle on the lid that dpubles as a stand, I love that the power cord is attached, I love the non-stick coating, I love how big and deep the pan is, the one flaw and I hope it was only my skillet and just a defect but my skillet came out of the box bowed in the middle so every liquid runs to the outer edges, including scrambled eggs so it is really annoying, I needed this skillet so bad living in a RV but I am going to have to exchange it and hope the next one has a level skillet bottom. Other than that, I love this electric skillet!
****UPDATE ON REPLACEMENT***
I was hoping exchanging my Topwit for exact same Product would give me a Skillet that was not warped or bowed up in the middle. To my dissappointment the replacement skillet was also bowed up in the middle! I'm keeping my 4 star review because after trying other brands this Topwit is still far superior in all the other ways the other...
