Monica R. Sheldon: I was astonished at the clarity of these binoculars. I just bought them to get a closer look at the animals here. When I look at a deer that is about 500 yards away I feel like I can reach out and touch it. Birds in trees are likewise so clear and beautiful. Amazing for the price!

yussefyussef: I am very satisfied with the performance of these binoculars. They are far from perfect, but for the price they are more than fine.

What I like:

- You can have a nice view of objects about 1 km away.
- The build is quite sturdy despite having a generic design.
- The adjusting dials are resistant and don't wobble on their own, which was one of my concerns.

What I don't like:

- The strap is very short and came with very flimsy plastic snaps, so I decided to tie the strap with a simple knot, it looks bad and I will buy a better strap for it.
- The box is very generic.
- They claim to be waterproof, but I wouldn't trust it.
- Be aware that if you store them in an air conditioned room the lenses will fog up, but when you go outside they clear up quickly.

I was not willing to spend above $100 for a pair of binoculars, so the overall experience is quite satisfactory.

Mighty Gawd: If you're looking for low cost but high quality, you should take a chance with these. They work just like the pictures show. I've already took them hiking and the strap made them easy to carry. Light weight and durable.

Terry Y: We bought two pairs for the family as an investment to enrich our Alaska cruise vacation. What a GREAT idea and find. Sight seeking as we voyaged in the water ways...great sights seen close. Whale watching excursions = THE best view and broad perspective. Easily focused. Bravo !

Roobah: I like the power of 20x50, just what I needed for my main use needs. I have a beautiful pair of 12x22 binocs, but they frequently just don't cut it for distance. I bought these 20x50 binoculars because they were on super sale (40% off + $5 coupon), extra cheap. For that, it was a deal that helps deal with some of the negative issues. Issues: the left eye is pretty easy to align and focus. I cannot ever get the right and left eye to align perfectly in stereo. Some slight misalignment internally? Right eye manual offset focus is not as tight and good as it could be, seems a little cheap. These binocs are heavier than others I have had in the past (10x20 Bushnells much lighter), so a little awkward to handle. The strap it comes with it is a comically small in relation to the size of these large binocs. The storage bag is nice and adequate. The look and feel is sturdy and has a nice rubbery feel to the body. For my use of these binocs, while in the city, I frequently call in 911 crimes from my highrise balcony at night (decent street lighting). I use these binocs to give police an accurate description of persons conducting illegal activity and read license...

Dan Burns: I admit I didn't expect much from these for $30, but I was pleasantly surprised when I recieved them. The optics are really quite nice. They are very clear and their magnification is great. They are surprisingly lightweight and come with a handy carrying case. No, they are not top of the line, but for casual viewing they are great at very little investment.
