With this set it was much easier to install, did not have to push so hard to get the plug in. Good solid case I do recommend

Glenn W: Got a nail in my motorcycle tire. Actually borrowed this exact kit from a friend. Easy to use. Plug held for a week before I could replace the tire (car/truck tire would last longer….not risking a plug on a motorcycle tire).
Ended up buying this for myself. It’s something that’s nice to have…but a lifesaver if you NEED it.

JT.: I had a flat tire and every time I go to a tire repair shop they tell me they are busy. So, I decided to buy the tool and fix the tire myself :). I bought this tool for CA$ 31.00 and fixed the flat tire. It took me less than 10 minutes to fix and I haven't done that before. Just watched couple of Youtube videos :)
I bought this one because it has metal handles compared to other brands with plastic handles!

MACMAC: Received this today and it appears to be well-constructed and a good deal. People have complained of lack of instructions, but they are now included. So, I have included them for reference. Note that this does not come with any kind of cement. Instead there is a grease lubricant used to make insertion of the plugs easier.
I noticed that the setscrews holding the tools to the handle were not quite as tight as they should be, so I tightened them using the enclosed Allen wrench.
If I get even a single repair out of this kit, it will pay for itself. But I am expecting many uses.
I will update this review as I use it.
Update 7-8-2020
Today I used the kit for the first time to repair a leak caused by a small sheet metal screw on a pretty large tire on a Kia Van. This hex-headed screw neatly screwed itself into the tire resulting in a small leak. It still had the 1/4" hex head on it, so it was easy to just back out, leaving a very small hole.
I've never done one of these - only watched the gas station attendant do a few for me. The biggest part of the job was removing the rear wheel from the van. If this had been a front wheel, I would have...

The plug kit worked great! Way better than those cheap Harbor Freight kits. The T handle tools are sturdy and do not bend. If you've never plugged a tire before, it requires a lot of force to do. The lubricant to get the plug in makes all the difference. It's a great complete kit! I feel so much better knowing it's in my trunk.
To this day, over a year later, the plug is still holding up perfectly. We've put over 10,000 miles on the plugged tires without a single issue. I highly recommend this kit for every car!
