mb1213: Bought this several years ago but finally got the chance to use it after Hurricane Ian. Because who doesn’t need a Cat 5 storm to hit you, flodd your cars and leave you without power but you managed to save the grill. Obviously I forgot to clean it after using it for several days and had a “flare up”. This contained the fire on the propane grill while my neighbor way down the street saw the flames shorting into the sky (no exaggeration) and gave us a bottle of flare up as well. So it works. Bought another.

Jill Valentine: I got this for our kitchen since there's no fire extinguisher. Haven't had to use it, but seems easy to open in an emergency. Also it's 100% fiberglass if you were curious about the material.

Inge S.: These 2 fire blankets are heavier than expected and also bigger than I thought they would be. One is now at home in the kitchen, the other one in the car, in the pocket behind the passenger seat. It is a good feeling to know they are available for an emergency. Seems to be a better solution for putting out a small fire than an extinguisher, which messes up a whole area. Highly recommended, hope that I won't need it, but in case I do, I am prepared.
