1blind1: I use these when I am exercising on my ankles which you need to work with your socks to make them the most comfortable. I then stick the palms of my hands through them holding them tight with my fingers and use them for arm workouts. The hook and loop closure is super long and allows me to change how tight they need to be based on where I want to wear them. I do NOT wear them out like to shop as they would be obnoxious! But I know they have already helped me get my heart rate up and allow me to maximize my workout time! I love that they are pink too! I love them!

Gayle: I purchased to many! But oh well! I'll find an senior to give a set to.
I put them on my wrist, then work my arms, it seems so easy until I follow Chrisy's instructions at 60 reps... a couple of times. Then the 2.5 lbs aren't so light. "L.A. Fitness instructor"

mysteryreader: The weights were delivered in a sturdy box and packaging and in a timely manner and are being used almost daily. I find them to be comfortable while doing leg exercises......and some walking.
