L. Knight: We have three cats of various hair lengths and getting them to lick their paws with other flavors was a challenge because they got to where they could smell it coming and they would run and hide.
I tried this flavor and the reaction is MUCH better - they come to it! I just put some in their food bowl and they lick it up.

Mike: My cat doesn't have hairballs much but he does get this cough from time to time over the past 5 or so years (he's an old boy). We found this works great when he starts, probably as it's thick and lubricates he throat. He loves the flavor but hasn't figured out he could 'fake it' and get this as a treat all day long - haha. So, this is our solution for our cat when he has an issue with a tickly throat. While other brands worked the same for him with this issue, he likes the brand/flavor most.

Amy: My cat had intestinal surgery when he was young - silly cat ate a huge rubber band and gave himself a bowel obstruction - so he's very prone to hairballs. I've used this product for years and it's been great. My cat loves the Tuna flavor, doesn't really like the chicken one. I give him some on my finger tip before feeding him and hair balls are much reduced. The only issue I have is that when they re-formulated/repackaged it, it's now thinner and my cat likes it less. It also falls off my finger more easily and drips out of the tube so it's more messy. Its a little better when kept in the refrigerator.
