Olivia Butcher: Really great product for my semi-long haired cat. I did have a problem with the first packet sent, as it was posted in a padded envelope but that didn't offer enough protection, I think because the biscuits are on the softer side, and we're all crumbs when I opened the packet. However I contacted the seller and they were very apologetic and posted out another packet in a sturdier box. The biscuits are quite large so any cat that isn't 6 months plus might struggle without help from a human :)

Jane Chan: My cat has baby fine medium length fur. She cleans herself all day, as a lady should. She won't let me brush her much so she is consuming fur constantly. Because I feed her only canned food (she doesn't like dry food), her bowel movements were daily for a long time. Ugh there is sometimes visible fur in her BM. BUT when she went without a bowel movement for THREE days, I was poised to take to the the vet ($$) for an enema. In urgent mode, II wrestled her to get lots of remedial Laxatone down her mouth. It worked, but the stuff is too thick and yucky so the heroic and distressing (for both of us) struggle required can't work routinely. The Tomlyn soft chew solves her hairball problems! She won't eat them as I hoped, and as some reviewers report. But I crumble one into each of her two meals. She is now perfectly regular. All happy. Thank you.

Chirper: I didn't realize it, but my BengalBob, who had pu surgery at age 2, was constipated almost always. He was leaving pellets around the house (yuck). Once I realized what the problem was, I really reduced how much dry food I was feeding him and now feed him almost exclusively canned food (for pu kitties). I tried adding squash to the food, water, etc., but the best thing has been feeding him 1 1/2 to 2 of these chews in the morning and evening. He is SOOOOO much happier. I tried the tuna flavored one in the tube, but that didn't work at all. He wouldn't think of it. The chews have worked much better for my kitty, but I guess you'll have to see which one your kitty likes. Wish I could find them locally. They are a bit pricey.

Radar Mile: How many years did we try the put the sticky stuff on the cat's foot routine, with the foot shaking, and who knows where it went....
How many years having the cat reject hairball medicine? Therefore suffering more than they needed to.
This is wonderful, and both cats love the "treats". (Only one needs it) No problem getting hair ball medicine into the cat.
The cat sees them as treats, no no problems getting them down the hatch!.
Since we have been giving two a day to the cat and no more hair ball hacking! The gooey med worked too, but this is just so much easier.

Oystergirl: I really don't know how to rate this product....for sure both of my cats LOVE the taste. One is a finicky eater so that says a lot!! The main reason I purchase these is because my little dudes hork up hairballs a lot. And even though they both get a treat every morning, they still hork up hairballs. On the plus side, my up-tight senior citizen cat has struggled with constipation and this product seems to help him....he produces logs now instead of little balls. On the down side, his happy-go-lucky brother never had a constipation problem and now, how do I say this???....his "loads" are larger and much more pungent. Everyone in the house knows when this little dude has done #2!!
But as for hairball effectiveness? I got nothing

biz: II am just not so sure. MY kitten is approx 7 mos. old and i brush her. I have now found too hairballs with undigest laxatone
I had hoped so much that this would fix it.
i simply do not see her when she does it but it or i would have an idea. oh, i had been giving it to her for the last 6 mos. so it has had plenty of time to her to make it bioavailable. too bad i have 2 more packs but i will be using the paste as i dont think it works.
