kds: Since my cat licks the tube lub off my finger, I thought I would try the treats. She won't even touch it. The two flavors in the tube she likes. Maybe I can get a refund??

Kkw: I have used a different brand of hairball supplement tablets for several years. Suddenly he wouldn't eat the old brand. I switched to the Tomlin laxatone and he is eating them. Hairballs are a huge struggle with my long-haired cat who refuses to let me brush him. So I am hoping these tabs help along with the gel I give him. There is no way to know exactly how effective they are.

SCMR: My cat threw up almost daily from hair balls. She wouldn’t eat the paste but loves these. From the day I started giving her these, she hasn’t thrown up once, and is no longer having any issues. Already ordered a second bag. However, the price went up from the first bag, which was only two weeks apart. Hopefully this isn’t going to continue or I will have to switch to another brand.

Erika: Just adopted a couple of kittens, about 4 months old and started finding hairballs. I got this to help prevent them from happening. After using them for about a week, I havent found any hairballs. It has canola oil in it which is something you could probably just give your cat yourself but id rather the easy way out. The treats are soft and chewy. My male cat will gobble it down (he doesn't wanna wait for me to break it up) but I crumble it in three or four pieces for his more ladylike sister. It's easy to give them and my cats see it as a treat, waiting by the cupboard every day for me to bring these out.
Update: ive been using these daily since january and its now halfway through march. No hairballs and the kitties still love em. They wait by the cupboard each morning for me to give them this "treat." The bag does have a ziplock seal so just make sure to close it each time, but we haven't enrolled any dried up treats. Now the kitties are bigger I don't bother to break these things up. They are soft enough for them to easily chew.

Amazon Customer: It is a great way to give your cat Laxatone if they do not like the sticky lubricant in the tube. It also does not make a mess. I am not sure why they do not sell it in the pet stores in Canada.
