SL: I just hated coming upon a hairball my cat decided to gack up. This product helped immensely. I purchased the cat nip flavor, which he loves; sometimes licking that up before eating his food. Easy to just squeeze out a little into the food dish. Its not a100% remedy but I'd say 99% works for me.

jkath: Since starting to use this formula for the last year or so, my elderly cat has had only 2 minor hairball incidents, whereas they were pretty frequent with my previous gel. He likes it also for the flavor, and I like that it also adds a little calorie factor to his diet. I use this three times a week, and on the other four days I use the nutritional supplement from the same company.
